INSTRUCTIONS

To calculate the estimated production rate increase you can expect by using ROTEX Screeners, please enter the following information:

1. What material are you screening?
2. What is the bulk density of the material? lbs/cu ft
3. What type of screener are you currently using?

   Inclined Vibratory Rectangular screen deck, steeply inclined (> 30 degrees), short stroke (< 1/2"), high speed (> 1000 RPM).	Horizontal Vibratory Rectangular horizontal screen deck, short stroke (< 1/2"), high speed (> 1000 RPM).
   Round Vibratory Round, horizontal screen deck, short stroke (< 1/2"), high speed (> 1000 RPM).	Gyratory Rectangular screen deck, low slope (< 10 degrees), long stroke (< 2"), low speed (< 250 RPM).

4. What type of screener are you currently using?

   Oversize Removal The screen is used to remove "oversize", that is, particles that are larger than desired. Your product is the material that passes through the screen.

   Fines Removal The screen is used to remove "fines", that is, particles that are smaller than desired. Your product is the material that passes over the screen.

   Grading The screen is used to remove "fines", that is, particles that are smaller than desired. Your product is the material that passes over the screen.

5. What is the total estimated feed rate to the screener, including any recycle flow? PPH
6. What is the mass flow rate of material exiting the product outlet of the screener? PPH
