CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS In addition to applying standard design options, ROTEX machines have the capability for extensive modification to meet application requirements. Such redesign is customer-driven, based on type of material, flow characteristics, capacity needs or other process parameters.
Selecting & Configuring EQUIPMENT Selecting the proper screening equipment for any application requires careful evaluation of many variables - such as feed rate, speed of the machine, screen mesh size, capacity, accuracy of separation, material characteristics and many more. Material to be screened consists of countless sizes and shapes, adding to the complexity of selecting the right size machine and best combination of machine settings for a given application.
ROTEX takes the guesswork out of this selection process by maintaining a fully-equipped materials testing laboratory staffed with experienced screening technicians. Here materials are analyzed and tests conducted under simulated process conditions, to help our customers determine their optimum machine size, screen openings and settings.
COMPANY HISTORY From grist mills to precision screeners and computer-controlled analyzers - a century and a half of innovative response to customer needs.

CINCINNATI, OH (November 5, 2009)—The MEGATEX XD™ Screener, from ROTEX Global, LLC, delivers highly accurate screening performance in a compact footprint. Designed to meet the demanding screening requirements of high-volume applications, the unit provides higher capacity throughput and greater reliability than conventional screeners. The screener is ideal for a wide range of screening processes, including agriculture, plastics, and chemical applications. A unique elliptical linear motion provides unsurpassed screening performance with less downtime and lower energy consumption.
CINCINNATI, OH (March 24, 2009)—ROTEX Global, LLC, a global leader in screening technologies, offers grain cleaning solutions that produce higher yields, less down time, and longer equipment life. When grain is first unloaded and enters the ethanol production process, it often contains foreign material such as rocks, pieces of cob, and other debris. Rotex screeners separate the unwanted oversized and fine particles from whole corn based upon size. Using Rotex equipment at the beginning of the process contributes to a higher quality product and reduces maintenance costs caused by damage to down-stream equipment resulting from grit and debris.
In order to respond to the needs of our customers more promptly, Rotex are pleased to announce the opening of a new testing laboratory based in Europe.
