ROTEX® DRIVE HEAD SERVICE ROTEX Drive Heads are designed for long term, trouble-free service with minimal maintenance required. But in time, depending on operating hours and conditions, the drive head may require repair or replacement. To minimize costly downtime, ROTEX INC. offers a Drive Head Service Program to provide fast, reliable response to your drive head replacement or repair needs.

RELY ON THE EXPERTS Every reconditioned ROTEX drive head operating under normal conditions carries the same 2-year warranty as a new ROTEX drive head. This is possible because ROTEX uses only time-tested procedures and original factory quality components. Every phase of this service is designed to provide the highest quality rebuilt drive head available, with unmatched turnaround times that minimize costly downtime.

SERVICE OPTIONS

Drive Exchange Service
Rotex will ship you a reconditioned drive from stock. After installation of the reconditioned drive, you simply return your old drive to Rotex. Rotex reconditioned drives include a full 2-year warranty.

Recondition Your Drive
Rotex can rebuild and ship your drive within 3 days with a full 2-year warranty.

Purchase a Spare Drive
Rotex keeps reconditioned drives in stock for any model ROTEX screener in your plant. Rotex reconditioned drives include a full 2-year warranty.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

Call ROTEX at (513) 541-1236 and notify us of your need for drive head service. We will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and provide you with an immediate quote while on the phone.
Before shipment, drain the oil, clean the exterior and ship prepaid to ROTEX.
