THE ROTEX® MEGATEX XD™ SCREENER
was specifically designed to meet the demanding screening requirements of high-volume applications. The MEGATEX XD Screener provides unsurpassed screening performance when sharp separations and high efficiencies are required. The MEGATEX XD is able to maximize product recoveries at material temperatures up to 400° F (205°C). Standard features include a patented cam lift rail system for quick screen change capability and sleeveless inlet/outlet connections.The unique elliptical – linear motion of the MEGATEX XD Screener provides unsurpassed screening performance to accurately and efficiently handle coarse to fine separations from 1/4” to 100 Mesh (6.3mm to 150 µm) through:
- Equal feed distribution to all screen decks.
- Uniform bed depth across entire screen surface.
- Aggressive blinding control with durable metal spring balls.
- Easily accessible external drive.
- Single reaction cartridge with two spherical roller bearings – designed for 200,000 hours of service.
- Support shaft suspension system with industrial U-joint bearings and no maintenance, low, torsion center springs.
The ROTEX® MEGATEX XD™ is ideal for high-volume applications such as Agriculture, Plastics and Chemical applications.
Optional floor mounted suspension stand for installations without overhead support.
Quick opening discharge door provides access to each individual screen deck for inspection or change out.
Available unique sleeveless brush system and discharge vent connection for added dust control without connecting sleeves.
Stacked multiple deck, tray-access design allows individual screen access without the need to remove all decks. Single deck Screen change in 10 minutes. All 12 decks in 2 hours.
Internal lining rails with patented Lift-Rail system with non-binding stainless steel cam activation for easy screen frame installation and removal.
Newly developed silicone D seals with easy press fit (no adhesives) for exceptional sealing between screen decks for fine separation.
